One price for the season, no calls to make.
You sign up once in the fall and stop thinking about winter. When a storm drops 3 inches or more at your house, we come out. You're not calling around at 6am, haggling storm by storm, or getting an invoice after every snowfall.
Two service levels
- First Light: $700 / season ($875 for 3-car or long driveways). First on the route every storm, cleared by 8am when snowfall ends before midnight. Limited to 25 spots.
- Same Day: $550 / season ($725 for 3-car or long driveways). Cleared by end of day when snowfall ends before 8am. Later endings are cleared the following day.
What every contract covers
- 8 clearings, more than a typical Columbus winter needs. Storms of 6–9" count as two, 9" and up count as three
- 3-inch trigger, measured at your property on a flat, undisturbed section of driveway
- Driveway, apron and walks: the whole approach, not just the slab
- Light-winter credit: fewer than 4 clearings and 25% goes toward next season
- Salt and de-icing available, priced separately
Past 8 clearings, additional visits are $85 for a standard driveway with apron and walks, billed as they happen. Timing is measured from the end of snowfall. Accumulations of 9" or more, or a declared snow emergency, suspend timing guarantees. Properties are then cleared as soon as conditions allow, and First Light customers always go first.
Commercial lots
We also clear office and retail lots, apartment and condo drives, church and school lots, shared access roads and common-area walks. These are priced per property, since scope, access and how early you need it open all change the number. Call (614) 900-1971 for commercial pricing.
