Built to neighborhood standards
A lot of Dublin homes sit in neighborhoods with an HOA and written rules for exterior changes, which can cover driveway width, apron material, patio size, and sometimes color and finish. Get the approval before the forms go in. We'll give you a written scope with dimensions, finish and color for your submission, and pour exactly what was approved.
In Historic Dublin, exterior changes also go through the city's Architectural Review Board, so plan a little extra lead time there.
Replacing builder-grade concrete
Many Dublin subdivisions went up in the 1980s through the 2000s, and a lot of the original builder-grade driveways from that era are now cracked, settling or scaling from years of salt. Replacement usually lets you widen a tight two-car drive, add a turnaround, or upgrade to a decorative border that dresses up the front of the house.
Backyards: patios and pool decks
Stamped patios, pool surrounds and outdoor living areas are a big share of what we pour in Dublin. Stamped concrete gives you the look of flagstone without the weeds and shifting pavers, and a textured finish keeps pool decks from getting slick.
