Concrete that has to match the neighborhood
New Albany was planned around a consistent look, and many of its neighborhoods have design guidelines for anything visible from the street. A driveway or front walk there has to look right next to brick Georgian homes and white board fences. That usually means clean edges, a tight, even finish, and sometimes a specific color or border.
Before we quote, we'll ask whether your neighborhood association needs to approve the work, and we'll give you the specs to submit. Once it's approved, we pour it to match.
Larger lots, longer drives
Homes on bigger lots mean longer driveways, side-load garages with turnarounds, and walks that run a long way from the drive to the door. Longer pours generally come in at a lower price per square foot, and they need proper control-joint layout so the whole run cracks where it's supposed to.
Outdoor living
Back patios, pool decks, fire pit pads and covered porches make up much of the outdoor work in New Albany. We pour them in broom, stamped, colored or exposed-aggregate finishes, formed on site to the curve you want.
