The other half of the business
Concrete slows down in winter. Interior work doesn't. Our renovation crew runs year-round on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and full basement buildouts. It's experienced family labor we've worked alongside for years, not a rotating list of subs off a job board.
What we remodel
- Kitchens: cabinets, granite and quartz counters, tile backsplashes, butler's pantries
- Bathrooms: tiled showers, glass enclosures, tub surrounds, vanities, tile floors
- Flooring: luxury vinyl plank, tile, and sanding and refinishing original hardwood
- Drywall: tear-out, hanging, finishing and repair
- Basement finishing: framing, drywall, paint, trim and ceilings
- Room conversions: mudrooms, laundry rooms, bonus rooms, attics and garages
- Painting and trim: crown, baseboard and casing, interior and exterior
How a remodel runs with us
You get one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. We'll look at the space, talk through what you want and what it'll take, and give you a written scope before anything is torn out. If the house also needs concrete work, the two crews are scheduled separately so one job never holds up the other.
Refinish before you replace.
Original oak and heart pine floors are often worth saving. A full sand-and-refinish costs a fraction of new flooring and keeps the character of an older house. Several of the floors in the photos below are original wood, refinished.
