The trip hazard is the job.
On a managed property, concrete isn't a look, it's liability. A lifted sidewalk panel, a sunken catch basin, a step with a bad rise: those are the things that generate incident reports and claims. We fix them in the order they'll actually cause a problem, and we'll walk the property with you and tell you what can wait another season.
What we handle
- Sidewalk panel replacement, including lifted and cracked common-area walks
- ADA curb ramps with detectable warning panels, and access ramps at entries
- Curb and gutter, plus catch basins and drainage structures that have sunk or broken up
- Shared drives, aprons and parking pads for multi-unit and condo properties
- Dumpster pads and approach slabs, poured thick enough for a loaded truck
- Steps, stoops and landings at unit entries
- Seasonal snow removal for lots, drives and common-area walks
Built around people still living and working there
Tenants don't move out while you pour. We phase the work so there's always a way in and out, keep barricades and signage up while concrete cures, and schedule loud demo for hours that make sense for the property. For retail and office we'll work the start or end of the week when the lot is emptiest.
Repeat work, one number to call
If you manage several properties, we'll quote them as a group and keep the same crew on them, so you're not re-explaining the site every time. Brenden runs the concrete work personally, so the person who quoted it is the person on site.
Winter, too
We run seasonal snow contracts on commercial lots, apartment and condo drives, church and school lots, shared access roads and common-area walks. Commercial properties are quoted per site, because scope, access and how early you need it open all move the number.
