Subdivision driveways reaching replacement age
Powell grew fast in the 1990s and 2000s, and a lot of the driveways poured during that boom were built to a builder's budget: thin base, minimal reinforcement, and no sealer. Twenty-plus Ohio winters later, many are cracking at the garage, settling at the apron, or scaling where salt has worked into the surface.
Replacement is also a chance to fix what never worked: widen the drive for a third car, add a parking pad, correct a slope that sends water toward the garage, or swap a plain slab for a decorative border.
Backyards built out over time
Homeowners in newer subdivisions often move in with a small builder patio or none at all. We pour the patio you actually want: sized for the table and grill, with steps down from the door and room to add a fire pit pad later.
HOA approvals
Many Powell neighborhoods have an HOA with rules on exterior changes. We'll give you the dimensions, finish and color for the approval request, and pour exactly what gets approved.
